An auxiliary to the Baptist State Convention of NC wanted to increase productivity in managing volunteer teams and the critical services performed in disaster relief. We assisted the NC Baptist Men by moving their ministry and volunteer projects to a browser-based operation using software developed by BP Studios.

This work involved developing and customizing a membership web-portal to accept user registrations, project requests, and volunteer and ministry project reservations online. The software matches volunteers and groups to project types and schedules that meet their interests. Standardized electronic forms capture data for general, church, medical and skills information as well as trip dates, volunteer participation, project requirements and certifications. A variety of administrative tools are also available for publishing and managing content within the integrated volunteer management system and public-facing website.
